SHUBiDU2.0.41 - App Store

You feel exhausted in the evening - even though you "didn't do anything special".
That's the mental load. The invisible work that never stops.
SHUBiDU makes it visible. For you. For your family. For everyone.

THE DIGITAL FAMILY CALENDAR
Once, every kitchen had a family calendar - everyone could see it, everyone knew what was going on. Then came the smartphone. Suddenly you had everything with you everywhere - except the family schedule.
Today, kids' appointments come from everywhere: school letters, WhatsApp groups, PDFs, emails, sticky notes. Everything scattered. Nobody has the full picture. Except one person - who carries it all in their head.
SHUBiDU solves that. One shared calendar for the whole family - digital, always available. Strengthens your family. Simplifies your everyday life.

WHY FAMILIES LOVE SHUBiDU
- NO MORE MANUAL ENTRY - MAGIC SCAN
Take a photo or send a screenshot - we digitise the appointments for you and send them back for your review. School letters, WhatsApp, PDFs, emails: wherever your appointments come from, SHUBiDU types them in for you.
- EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT'S ON - ALWAYS
A dedicated column for every family member - even for kids without a smartphone. Grandma, grandpa, nanny or au-pair: everyone independently informed, no asking around, no forgotten appointments, no child left waiting somewhere.
- ALL APPOINTMENTS - EVEN IN YOUR WORK CALENDAR
With Premium, all SHUBiDU family appointments appear directly in Outlook, Google Calendar or iCal. Everyone in the family has the full picture - even during a busy workday.
- SHARE APPOINTMENTS OUTSIDE THE FAMILY TOO
You can also share appointments with other parents - for example everyone with the same football training, swimming lessons or school schedule. Simple, direct, no WhatsApp chaos.
- EVERY FAMILY. EVERY SITUATION.
Married, separated, blended families, co-parenting - SHUBiDU adapts to your family situation. Not the other way around.

FROM A MUM. FOR ALL FAMILIES.
I created SHUBiDU because I knew this chaos first-hand: scattered appointments, everything in my head, a partner who wanted to help - but didn't know how.
"I'll show you how we tackled the appointment chaos in our family - and I hope you can take from it whatever works best for you and yours." - Sonia, founder of SHUBiDU
